Order & Delivery
ORDERS
Email us at orders@mrtstudio.com or call us on 020 8520 5588 & provide the following information:
• Product type i.e. Business Cards, Letterheads, A5 leaflets etc
• Paper weight
• Finish
• Quantity
• Name & address, email address
• Delivery details if delivery is required.
The following stages will take place with your order:
1. You should email or upload your file onto our FTP site. We also recommend that you use www.yousendit.com. to send us large files..
2. An order confirmation (status pending) will be sent via email to you. This will include a breakdown of your order.
3. You will be asked to reply to the email by confirming you wish to proceed to print. Please ensure you check the full spec of your print is correct. By replying to the email, you confirm that you have read & understood our full terms & conditions of the sale. These can be viewed at www.mrtstudio.com.
4. You will be asked to make a payment. Once a cleared payment is received, your order will be updated to (confirmed status).
5. An email will be sent to advise an estimated collection time or delivery date along with your paid invoice.
PAYMENTS
Card Payments - Please call us on 020 8520 5588 to make a payment by card. We accept most credit & debit cards.
Cheque Payments - Cheque payments should be made out to MRT Studio Ltd. Please allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear before we print your order
BACS Payments - Please allow 2 working days for payment to clear before we print your order

Artwork
Print ready only files should be submitted for printing. We recommend that your design is checked
against the following before you upload or send your file. These requirements will ensure your print
quality is at its best. Any non print ready files will incur an additional charge.
• 5mm bleed
• Crop Marks
• Minimum 300dpi
• Fonts outlined
• File formats should be in PDF, Jpeg, Tiff or EPS
• Ideally your text should be 5mm away from you page dimensions if we are printing digitally & 3mm if printed on litho.
Deliveries
We will deliver to UK mainland addresses using Fedex & Business Post next day delivery to despatch
your printed goods. Goods despatched on Friday will be scheduled for delivery on Monday.
Delivery can take place anytime between 9am & 5.30pm Monday to Friday and will cost between £6 &
£10 depending on the size of order & weight.
Important Information
• Despatch takes place between 1pm & 3pm Monday to Friday. Any urgent orders received after this
time maybe despatched via Special Delivery with a surcharge.
• You should be available on the day of delivery. On some occasions when no one is available to accept the goods;
I. Your delivery may be left with a neighbour – the delivering company will leave a note to confirm this.
II. Your delivery may be taken back to the depot or local sorting office for the recipient to collect - the delivering company will leave a note to confirm this.
III. Any re-delivery will be charged at the original delivery charge rate.
• MRT Studio Ltd will not be liable or responsible for any delay in delivery caused by events outside it’s reasonable control. We recommend that you leave plenty of time for delivery to avoid disappointment. Events outside our control include; strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government. In these events, the contract between MRT Studio Ltd & the client/recipient of goods wil be deemed suspended/delayed.
